We’re thrilled to invite you to be part of the Artist Alley Festival Bazaar, a vibrant, open-air marketplace hosted by Maddie Moon Designs every Second Saturday in Artist Alley, Oceanside, CA.

Our event is inspired by the colorful energy of music festivals—where art, fashion, community, and creativity collide. This is your chance to share your magic with a diverse and supportive crowd that loves all things handmade, soulful, and expressive.

We welcome an eclectic mix of vendors! Whether you offer handcrafted goods, original art, jewelry, vintage finds, festival fashion, or live painting—if your vibe is creative and heart-led, we want you there!

Note: We are unable to accept food or cannabis vendors at this time.

💫 Vendor Fee & Info

To secure your spot, please fill out the application below. Accepted vendors will receive an email or Instagram message with next steps. Once confirmed, a $25 vendor fee will be required to lock in your space.

We typically respond within 5–7 days of receiving your application. Feel free to reach out if you have questions—we're here to help.

By applying to vend at our monthly Second Saturday market, you agree to the following:

✨ Vendor Participation

Vendor spots rotate to keep the event fresh. Participation one month doesn't guarantee future acceptance. We may decline applications at our discretion.

🎨 Offerings

Stick to what you list in your application. New items must be approved in advance. Unapproved items may result in removal from the event.

💸 Fees & Cancellations

Vendor fee is $25, due upon acceptance. It’s non-refundable.
If you no-show, you may roll your fee over once. A second no-show = forfeited fee + ineligibility for future markets.

We expect all vendors to help create a welcoming, respectful, and inspiring environment.

 - No hate speech, harmful messaging, or unethical practices

 - Respect boundaries and personal space

 - Use eco-friendly materials when possible
